Lura Health

The world's first continual health monitoring device powered by saliva.

Lura Health is developing a next-generation health monitor unlike anything else on the market: a battery-powered, ultra-miniature sensor worn in the mouth that continuously reads saliva to surface medical and dental health insights.

Since 2024, informal has been Lura's ongoing electrical and embedded firmware engineering partner, supporting the hard, iterative work of turning a breakthrough sensor concept into hardware that can meet rigorous medical device requirements. Over time the relationship has deepened from discrete sprints into a long-term partnership.
